"Good deals on clothes for baby-toddler ages. I sometimes find good toys too, but those are hit and miss. I am typically able to go on the weekends."
"Very disappointed with my selling experience here. We took in over 200.00 worth of clothes and they took the very best over 20 pieces of clothing and shoes for 25$ my husband picked up so he did not know any better. What a rip off your better off selling elsewhere to get more money. I feel robbed they double the prices on these items to resell."
"I visit this place weekly and the girls that work here are always so nice and friendly. I am always able to find a good amount of stuff and everything is very reasonably priced. I love being able to buy a bunch of clothes for my little one and not having to spend a fortune!"
"Giving one star is too much already. This management is absolutely trash. I have witnessed the managers yelling at the employees things that should not be said at a work place. They also don't pay anything for your items. literal cents per item. The owner is known for 'napping' in the back while employees are told to stay quiet to not disturb the resting. While shopping I have seen and heard managers talk to the teenagers in extremely unprofessional ways making unnecessary comments in front of costumers. Not to mention, the managers drink on the job. Very unsatisfied and uncomfortable shopping here"
"Extremely disappointed- I drove in almost 2 hours to specifically get my kiddos clothes here. While looking for my daughters size I was directed to the "right rack" by an employee when I told her I needed GIRLS SIZE 12-14. She told me that it would be on racks by the windows however failed to mention that it was a mixture of her pre teen and teen size 12-14 as well. Needless to say nothing fit my daughter even though the tags said children's- it's OK it was a simple mistake. When I called I was told no returns/ exchanges are allowed... I now have 14 pairs of leggings my daughter should fit into in about 3-4 years. She did say that she may be willing to make an exception this one time however my mom was afraid she wouldn't be able to find the Papillion location (again we live almost 2 hours away and gas as we all know is not cheap enough for me to drive to omaha again) so I told her never mind , my mom then called the center location later that day bc she was familiar with the location and told by the manager it would be fine, so she came to omaha for me today to try to return them for me since she was already helping my GPA out after his surgery, and after being reassured it was fine, to then of course be offered a return of $22 .... ummn I spent $100+ ... the lady then told her she figured she only had 3 items and because they were turned inside out and ONE pair were missing tags she had essentially wasted her time. Needless to say I am very disappointed with how this was handled. Between 3 kids 15, 6 and 1 I have been a very long time customer and am sad to see that end. Also, i can't seem to find this return policy anywhere online, I will be taking all my business going forward to the once upon a child in Sioux city. I feel you guys could of done better by all means. Definitely not the same store it was several years ago, and am pretty bummed my daughter now has to wait again for myself as a single mom on one income in such a terrible economy to save enough money to buy her some much needed pants. $113 at the last chance stores and $158 at the normal Papillion store. I work very hard for my money and it's sad to see it essentially wasted. Not to mention the $80 in gas to get to omaha! Sincerely a long lost customer!"
