"Went to return items I purchased online. All employees were standing behind the counter (one was sitting) when I entered. I took the items to return and (I'm assuming she was the manager) the employee scanned tags on articles instead of my receipt. Stated they couldn't be returned. I called customer service, who said "you have 65 days to return items because you are a LB card member." Customer Service sent me return label and will issue a refund. I was not over the 65 days."
