"The sheets came off the bed. Every corner in the bathroom were dirty with crud .The towels are flimsy. No cookies. Breakfast was not to the other Cobblestone standards. But on the positive, staff was friendly and Jonathan is a good dude."
"I didn't get to stay here personally. My car broke down and your parking lot was the safest place I could see to hopefully park it overnight. You're front desk person, Samantha, was extremely welcoming and empathetic to the situation. Even knowing I wasn't going to be able to spend the night she offered me a complimentary tea or coffee and a safe place to wait for my cousin. Though it won't be this time I stay, people Iike Samantha are what will keep people stopping. I will be back! Thank you for you hospitality."
"How the hell do you turn off that bright light on the alarm clock? The room stunk. The towels had dirt on them. The room beside the lobby which means you hear everybody coming in or going out. Miserable."
"Cute,Friendly & Comfortable! Stopped for the night, driving from Chicago to Denver. Roberto, the nightshift manager, was 5 star friendly. Clean rooms, good breakfast, they love dogs and right off the highway next to a Flying J. Perfect mid spot for this drive. Morning crew was just as wonderful. This will be my new go-to for that Midwest trip. Great job, Cobblestone!"
"Stayed here passing through. It’s very close to the highway…easy on easy off. The hotel was extremely clean and updated. The front desk staff was so polite and helpful. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. Beds were comfortable although the sheets were a little scratchy. (That’s the only thing holding me back from 5 stars.) I would definitely stay here again!"
