"Not a great experience. Would give zero stars if it was possible. They outsource their installations and have no control over the schedule. They took our payment in September and pushed our install into January/February meaning we missed an indoor season because of their issues. Minimal communication or effort to remedy the situation. We had 4 tons of turf arrive at our home unannounced after I had requested 24 hour notification. Practice Sports blamed the shipping company, and took no responsibility for the issue. If you need installation, definitely look elsewhere. The products they sell are also widely available from other sellers."
