"This was a beautiful, quality store, but the staff was not it. I came in with my boyfriend and another couple and we immediately were ignored by the staff as they silently watched us walk in. We were respectful and quiet, simply browsing the store. We decided not to purchase anything, a completely normal thing to do when shopping. The employee at the front looked me up and down and said nothing when my friend and I both said “thank you” as we walked by to leave. I felt looked down on and felt horrible leaving the store. Please just be kinder."

"I absolutely love the products carried at this store. I believe they are unique and/or otherwise difficult to find. I just started purchasing products here and hope the quality is a reflection of the price and not just "hard to find". I do think they have room to improve their business model. For example I can buy it online and get free shipping or even get 5% in rebates via Amazon's CC, but if I buy it in a store they would rather pay for shipping than offer 5% in discounts. I have more examples, but that's all for now. Later I will share information on quality and durability. And pictures. Updated after 3yrs... Quality is great. We have purchased multiple rugs, coats, hats, gloves, pillows, blankets, and boots. With a couple of minor issues. One with a blanket and one with a pillow, but we went into the store exchange the blanket and give us a credit for the pillow towards a new purchase. Very happy and will continue shipping here!!!"
