"My boyfriend came into the store and bought a t shirt for himself while I waited in the car with our puppy. He also picked one out for me but asked if he could buy it and take it out to the car for me to see . And return ir if it was not right. She then asked for an email. He does not have one. She said she would not be able to exchange or refund without an email. That was their policy. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. He did buy his shirt but we will not be going back to that store. By the way this was done all in cash."

"Stopped in hoping to purchase a Caitlin Clark shirt in her home state and there it was! Plenty of Iowa, Creighton and Nebraska gear! Great spot for sports merchandise."

I had the tags and receipt and was told I would be getting in store credit and it was up to the employee to decide what they wanted to give back to the customer. He was rude and after spending 53.00 I should have gotten a refund. Oh and don’t try anything on cause it will spell like perfume."

The box with the jersey was literally sitting right there on the floor and I was told if I wanted to buy it I would have to drive to other location where they were taking them."
