"Was not impressed. Of course it was a very small branch, but it was close to closing. There was probably eight people in line. A lot of people walked out because it was way too packed way too small of a building. I understand that’s not her fault, but the supervisor had asked me a important question and I wasn’t sure about the answer so she was on hold with shock to me. I don’t know 15 minutes just to get someone from the main branch to answer the phone. In the meantime, I found the answer she was looking for. There was a young woman that was just sitting there. She was an employee. I asked her if she would let the supervisor know that I have the answer she’s looking for and she wouldn’t have to be on hold that point, the young woman just sit there didn’t move a muscle and looked at me and said I’ll tell her in a second finally after about five minutes I tried to say it to the lady myself, but she was on the phone and counting her drawer at the same time, so she couldn’t even hear me. I have just open my bank account with USBank lots of problems with their customer service center. Not really impressed at all."
"I was there this morning turning in a huge bucket of change. In the bucket was my mother's ring, she passed and I have been looking for the ring forever! The Teller that helped me was so kind and came around to give me a hug as I stood there crying in shock. That small act of kindness meant everything."
"I just left the drive through, i spent 15 minutes in the drive through and had 2 other people helped that arrived after I did. I was asked to verify how much money I sent in cash and I said 455. I didn’t get any type of confirmation I was told to “have a nice day” so when I drove away I got my notifications on my phone and seen they only deposited 435 into my account. Less than a minute and I called the bank to tell them. Now the lady on the phone said she helped me and it “sounded like thats what I said” so that’s what she put and it doesn’t look like her drawer is off? Are you kidding me? I didn’t even get told that it was a different amount then what I had told the lady I was depositing while in the drive through. Then on the phone she told me that she heard me say 435. This is the second time in 1 week where I’ve had issues with this location! I will gladly go out of my way to continue to stop at any other location because I put lots of money in my bank and am saving for my maternity leave in 4 weeks. This is pathetic. She should have verified the amount I told her or the amount she believed I was depositing rather than just saying “have a nice day” I was spoken to with literally 2 sentences in a matter of 15 minutes! This is horrible customer service and I work in customer service everyday... this has been the worst experience I’ve had. After today I will be looking for a new bank. i will happily deposit my 3500$+ a month into someone else’s hands who can be reliable."
"Absolutely horrible. I have to come here every day for work and it takes forever every time. No difference today. Pulled up at 9:30 with no cars in front of me and I'm still here at 9:45. I have no idea why it takes this long. It never used to. Definitely would not give them any of my personal money or deal with them in my personal life in any way. Done at 9:45. I've been in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes so far today. There was two cars in front of me when I pulled up. This is pretty ridiculous. This branch has got to hire some more help. Looking inside there are people lined up to the door. Only one teller working. How is that supposed to work?"
"Probably one of my worst experiences with a bank. 1st my bank card got cancelled without my knowledge 2 days before I left the country for 3 months, then rather than reactivating my card they shredded it, gave me a temporary card good for only 30 days, and mailed me a new card. When the card arrived, it went to a different address/state rather than the address I told the banker it needed sent to. Then once I figured out a way to get the card to me, when it arrived it was not the correct card I had chosen. So I called this branch and talked to them again, the lady said she would get the card I had chosen out to me and over night it so I could get it right away. Instead she just cancelled my incorrect but still existing card(without telling me) leaving me stranded in a foreign country with just the cash that I had with me, until I called customer service and they figured it out over the phone. So, long story short, if you have the option of using an ATM, a different branch, or doing your business over the phone, I'd recommend it!"
