"DO NOT waste your time here. This branch is rude. Talked to Maddie and she seems to cut me off everytime I talked. And always sounds in a hurry, like she don’t care and I’m bothering her. That’s what it sounded like. SO it says that I was approved for a personal loan, they needed additional verification which was my tax returns. I gave them that and now they said they wanted a schedule c of the other place I worked at. I didn’t know what schedule c mean on my tax return. I called my tax preparer, and she said everything should be all in that document. Maddie could have just told me through text since (she was been texting me)that they can’t proceed the application if I didn’t have that schedule c. It’s a waste of time. I never will I take application for a personal loan ever from this company. Number one, cause of bad customer service experienced."

"I needed a personal loan to take care of a major unexpected plumbing expense. I have good credit, I just recently paid off all of my credit cards and did not want a card balance. I thought this would be a better solution. The owner of the company that I work for personally called and verified my employment with Sofia. I am currently taking two weeks PAID vacation, then starting a new position that actually has a higher salary. Sofia was completely unprofessional and called my current workplace and spoke to whoever answered the phone, even though she had already spoken to the owner of the entire company. When I told her that I was still employed and that I was on PAID vacation she said “it didn’t matter because I wouldn’t be receiving a paycheck from my new job for two weeks”. Doesn’t everyone get paid every two weeks????There will be no gap in my income, just starting at a different place in the same industry with a higher salary. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. The person I started this loan with, I believe his name was Craig was very courteous and professional. Sofia could learn a few manners from him."
