"Steve and his team, pulled up engineered hardwoods and installed LVP in our home throughout our entryway and kitchen. We loved the work done, the floor looked amazing. We ran into issues with the product as the stairway transition was not going to work well with our specific stairs. Steve made sure that we had the correct item installed and made sure that this area would be taken care of. Taking care of the issue, without having to get me involved. I appreciated that as I would have been lost in that decision making! He was amazing at customer service and made sure that this job was done in a timely manner, his crew was held accountable, and the customer was happy. Honest and fair pricing.
