"I went in for a club fitting with Jacob. He did a great job! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough in his fitting. All of the employees were welcoming and pleasant. The store was clean and well-stocked. I would definitely recommend going to Austad's for your golfing needs."

"Pretty disappointed. Not sure if my expectations were just set to high. Went in and and the fella was very nice. But, I felt like I had to push to really help. I’m shorter gent and he didn’t even measure until at the cash register when I was about to purchase the clubs and he told the guy standard for length and I question him and then he responded with “hmmm. . I guess I can measure you.” In my mind that would have been the first thing so that during the fit session of hitting different clubs I would hit with that shaft length. Also, at the counter the the guy at cash register asked about grips and the fitter didn’t even tell me there was options when in fact there were multiple options with no price difference. Then to top of the very dissatisfied experience on my way home after purchasing the p-790s (1,300 big ones) he called and said he missed price then and I will actually owe more. As mentioned the staff was friendly but I felt like I had to do their job."
