"My daughter had to beg them to exchange her shoes that did not fit her after they refused a refund even though we just purchased them and they were still spotless. Even the reciept states 30 day money back gaurentee and or exchange. The lady working even said some extremely rude remarks to my 14 year old that no business should ever say to a customer let alone a child... When we asked about the receipt that says exchanges and returns within thirty days the lady got upset and and would not do a refund after yelling at my fourteen year old. After almost 30 minutes they finally allowed us to do an exchange and would not provide a partial refund. We had to select 50 dollars worth of items we did not need because apparently they are struggling so bad they need to lie to customers about refunds. After spending over $250 at this store. I would say beware they do not care about their customer base. If we did not take no for an answer for 30 minutes. They tried to make us leave with shoes that did not fit her."

When my college daughter blew out her soccer cleat at evening practice with a game the next day and team meeting that prevented her from going out to purchase a new pair before the store closed, the very sweet Alondra (sp? sorry) volunteered to take several pairs in her size to her dorm that evening to let her try them on. What company actually has this type of customer service anymore?! This momma that lives 4 hours away appreciates the extra mile given.
