"I had a great experience at Runners Block. I hate trying to pick out shoes amongst a wide variety, so the employees narrowed it down for me. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I will definitely be going back."

"Super service and the service manager went out of his way to help me. They had a big sale with 40% off but did not have my size so he arranged for me to pick up the shoes at another store which did NOT have the shoes on sale but spoke with the manager to arrange for me to still get the 40% off. I really appreciated that kindness."

"I went in with a very specific need and they got the foot specialist to help me out. He was incredibly knowledgeable and knew what shoe would feel the best on my foot. When I wasn't thrilled with the color option that they had available, he suggested that I go look at some other stores first. No pressure to buy from them, but lots of assistance and good information."

"I gave this place another shot after the owner told me on facebook they were more attentive and would be proactive to help customers. The kid working was too concerned with his computer today as I stood there looking at different stuff for 10 minutes. I guess good service isn't here, I walk into foot locker and within seconds someone tried to help, same with champs, same with shoe carnival this was the only bad experience from a shoe place today."

"Went to this store today. Was standing right next to the shoe on the wall I wanted. One employee was helping a lady with some kids right where I was standing. The other 2 guys were at the counter. One was looking at a computer and never looked up. The other was looking at his phone. Never looked up. I guess his social media accounts needed to be checked. I stood there for a few minutes and finally left. Spent my $150 elsewhere."
