"Cost Cutters is a convenient hair salon. Which means you can walk in anytime and get a haircut. While this has been my reason for going there. However the fall back to this system is that you get whatever stylist is available. Also older stylists are usually better stylists. Given the above I personnally get a decent haircut 50% of the time."
