"Stay away! Salon would only schedule me for an appointment 3.5 weeks out, and then when I showed up for the appointment no one was there and they were closed. I had needed this appointment and had finally arranged child care for my daughter to make this appointment. They never called me to cancel or reschedule before the appointment. I called and left a message at the time of the appointment and they never bothered to call me back to explain why they didn't keep the appointment. This is inexcusable customer service. No matter what would have happened to cause this, it's still a business that needs to be run and it should have been handled accordingly, and it was not. Once they finally called me back, the owner was absolutely belligerent and extremely rude and no reparations were made. I was told "Honey, it's just hair." Apparently that is this "hair salon's" customer service motto. Stay away from them! This is not the way to run a business. So much for the customer is always right. HORRIBLE customer service"
