"Okay so I live in Texas and my mother has dementia and I made an appointment with this lady over 5 days ago and then it's the last minute before I get ready to leave on my trip she cancels and doesn't even offer me another appointment time just tells me to find someone else very insulting and unprofessional.it's not the fact that she canceled it's the fact that she did not offer another appointment time and I my sister had made an appointment for my mother and I had to cancel it and now there's no appointments for my mom anywhere we can't get in to see anyone else and I'm flying from Texas to get my mom's hair done."
