"Water was not hot, the message chair was below average, some nails were cut weird, polish didn't cover entire nails, leg message lackluster, hot towels only luke-warm. The only good thing was that she exfoliated dead skin on feet well, but only after I asked for more scrubbing twice! I've been there before with no issue. But after this rotten waste of time and money, I won't be going back"

"I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years! I don’t like to cheat on my nail tech, but when I try to be loyal, the dynamics start to change, ie. the customer service and quality of work. Since the first visit I’ve been very pleased with the customer service and she goes above and beyond to execute any design I show her, sometimes they turn out better than the picture! I really this place is a hidden gem! I will continue to faithfully go there to get my gel overlay! Thank You"
