What I love about Tara is that she ~listens~ to exactly what you want and executes it perfectly. If you have a vision she will give you advice about what is practical but ultimately her goal is to work with you to achieve what you would like. For reference I have dark curly hair and have had perfect haircuts consistently. Today, I got partial highlights and they were *perfect*. They were very subtle but exactly what I wanted! In addition I’ve always had excellent interactions with the other staff members including Meagen who has squeezed me to get a hair cut/color when I unexpectedly had to cancel an appointment. The online scheduling platform is awesome! I am moving and will be very sad to be leaving this salon. It’s really an Iowa City gem ❤️"
