"I got my finger nail caught up in my dogs collar. Which I had acrylic nails by the way. I thought it ripped my whole finger nail off. It didn't but it ripped my nail and started bleeding. Needing to be relieved of the pain everytime I touched something with it. I searched for nail places near me, and Lucky Nail popped up. So I left and walked in. Tony and his wife were awesome!! They squeezed me in to get that nail off. They did it without inflicting more pain than necessary. Now my finger feels so much better. I will be calling to make an appointment to get the rest of my set removed and a basic manicure done. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of me today."

"First the water was cold to soak my feet. 2nd my toenails are cut crooked. Third their was no stone therapy. My feet are still cracked with dry skin, she used the scrubber on it but did not take off the dead skin. It cost me $30 I only had $40 so gave a $10 tip. Very poor pedicure. I won't be going back."

The tools used were brand new and opened in front of me. I couldnt believe the prices for the services I got. I usually pay about $60 in Des Moines. Here, I paid $28. Trust me they are worth the short drive!"
