"My girlfriends were always boasting and saying what a great place this and that the people there are friendly. I went to see what was all the commotion. The day of my appointment, i waited a total of 20 mins after my scheduled appt which i wasn't happy about but whatever. The person that i was assigned to was nice but she didn't introduced herself. While in the middle of my appt, she had to take calls and make calls. Also, she was sharing way too much about her family and what she is going through and blah blah blah. I didn't even ask about her life or anything by that matter and didn't think it was right that she was talking about her families business behind their backs. I felt uncomfortable and not appreciated as a customer. Maybe the others are different but i didn't enjoy my visit there. My hair was okay but will not be returning"
