"I walked in at 10:30 this morning with the intent to get my current set of dip nails removed. As I walked in I noticed that while they had a decent amount staff and some clients they were not near as busy as I assumed they’d be for a Sunday. There was ONE person sitting waiting. One. The guy didn’t greet me. He just asked what I needed. I told him I wanted to get my current set off. He shook his head no and told me they were busy and they didn’t have time to help me. I started to ask how long and he said no and shook his head again repeating that they didn’t have time and were busy. I told him I’d go someplace else. He said yeah do that. I’ve been to this place before and had good service. Today was anything but that. Either I was profiled when I walked in and judged not good enough to serve OR they didn’t value the $ amount of the business I was giving them. Either way you look at, it was a lousy experience and I wouldn’t recommend waiting your time going here. Judging by the reviews I’m reading all over this Google thread they should be more concerned with figuring out how they’ll keep this business going. Terrible service will close a business and it looks like they are well on the way. I won’t be back."
"Best nail place ever! Tammy is superb!! Love my nails each time I go!! Thank you!!"
"I have never had such a horrific experience at any public place in my life. I received terribly rude comments and looks from the man who was doing my nails as well as the women who continued to stand over my shoulder watching him and talking to him. I went in and asked for basic nails. Short squares with a little glitter on the thumb and ring finger. When he began to file for my previous polish he had the speed so high and a lot of pressure, which then caused my finger nail to feel like it was burning. I ripped my hand back and said “ow”. He sighed and told me that it was my fault, that he was barely putting pressure on it. We continued. He then went to fill in my nails w the acrylic, and somehow managed to get it all over my hands ( I’m not exaggerating in the slightest ) which cause my fingers to stick together. When I expressed my concern and asked if he or I could wipe it off, I was then sighed at, got a eye roll and told that this is normal and that when he’s done it’ll wash off. - I’ve got my nails done for over 10 years now, never have I ever had acrylic 1: all over my hands 2: had anyone every tell me that, that is normal procedure. As we got to the shaping part, he wouldn’t listen to what I was saying at all. I wanted them shortened and squared off. He filed them down a little and then began to round the corners. I asked 3x before he sort of shaped them with the length and shape I wanted. I asked if he would trim my cuticles, and he stared me down and told me that “ I’m not sure if I should since you seem to be so picky “ . I then said “ excuse me “ and him and the women ( still standing over me ) began to giggle and he replied “I’m just joking but I don’t think I should because I’m worried I’ll hurt you again “ I then just sat back in my chair and bit my tongue for the remainder of the time. Came time to wash my hands.. I did everything to get the acrylic off that covered my hands and fingers. I used a wash rag, lots of soap and even tried to use their nail brushes, I ended up giving up because my hands were raw and already hurting because when the acrylic began to dry on my skin it hurt then. The entire time I am doing so, him and the women were standing next to the station staring, giggling and pointing at me. I’ve never felt so embarrassed before. I got back to my chair and he asked about the color I wanted. It was simple, purple on all of my nails, and on the thumb and ring finger I wanted a little glitter at the bottom of my nail. He then argued and told me that it was too much. We went back and forth on different designs that he was comfortable doing and he ended up huffing and saying “ fine we’ll do the purple and the glitter “. My total was $67.00.. it was an absolute waste of my time, money and mental capacity. I cried out of anger and embarrassment when I got to my vehicle and took a closer look at my nails which not only looked as if they were a week’s grown out, but so thick and misshapen. This salon is terrible. From start to end they are rude, not accommodating and will absolutely talk bad about you the entire time. I would absolutely never recommend coming here for anything."
"Used to love this place but during my pedicure this last time my 2nd toe starting hurting. I mentioned it and was ignored. I couldn’t see where anything had happened. Today I noticed a scab and realized that she cut my cuticle and tried to hide it by not saying anything/ acting like she couldn’t understand me. I will not be back."
"My friend and I went this salon in the recommendation of a coworker. From the start something felt off. Picking colors, I was told twice that the color was not available. Then we went to sit and we were told that we couldn't sit near each other, but instead we were 4 rows apart. My nail person kept asking the same question and ignoring my answers. She hit my skin with the Dremel tool, twice! When I told her it hurt, she rolled her eyes. Then she squeezed a finger that had a paper cut. Again, I told her that it hurt and showed her why. She stopped and flipped my hands over and over, then (with a snotty tone) asked if I have any more places that will make me complain. As you can see in the pictures, she did not take any special care in doing the filing or sanding. These were supposed to be shiny but instead they are very dull and the color is extremely uneven. My friend asked if her person would trim a hangnail. He made a face, but agreed. She asked if he could do her cuticles too. His response was to tell her that he really didn't want to because she was "just too picky". Her nails are gapped so bad that they look like they already have a week's worth of growth. Overall, absolutely awful experience and we will never return."
