"Unfortunately my lash extensions fell out starting the evening I got them. I’ve had them before & am aware of the needed care. Followed the instructions given to me as well. When I canceled my fill & gave the reason why I didn't want to reschedule. The person on the phone just said “ok.” Makes me sad because I liked the gals & the atmosphere, but the customer service just isn’t there :-( Thank you for your reply: I’m wondering if you had that conversation with someone else. No one apologized to me. I simply got an “ok” I wish you all the best in your career, I just need to know that when I pay for a service, the person providing that service will stand behind it."
