"Bridget was fun and did a great job. She has a great personality and was jovial. I explained to her that my last barber made some mistakes, pointed out all of my most important details I would like done and she nailed it first try with ease. I felt like she had a great working knowledge, and I left feeling really pleased with the result!"

"I took both of my children in for haircuts. My son is 7 and my daughter is 8. The service of the 2 stylists started out with a unwelcoming feel which should have made me not continue with our appointments. I tried to look past that and my son sat in the 1st chair on the right and his haircut was done super quick and was okay. My daughter was in the 1st chair on the left and went horrible. She has curly hair and the stylist acted as if she was annoyed and did not know how comb or cut her hair. I asked her if she did not feel comfortable to cut her hair that was fine with myself either way. She said she was fine. She combed out her hair which she took a very long time and acted like she was over working. My daughter’s hair was puffed out and frizzy after the combing and brushing of her curls. She then got on her knees and cut her hair (dry) straight across at the bottom which was completely uneven. I questioned this and her co-worker assured me that my daughter’s hair would be great once her hair was not puffed out and her curls would be bouncy and lay correctly. My daughter’s hair is now ruined. It is blunt cut and severely uneven. The comments about her hair and the poor knowledge about different hair textures had me very upset. I have never left a unhappy review before but this experience I hope nobody else will have to experience from this location."

"I drove way out of my way to the N. Blvd location because I had heard good things about Jewel. Jewel listened and clarified before diving in. Best cut I've had in a very long time! Totally worth driving by two other locations to get to her!"

She listened to what I wanted and was quick and efficient. She made some recommendations to help my hair grow longer and pointed me in the right direction for better products that won't break the bank. I was extremely pleased with the atmosphere, service and especially the cut!"
