"First experience here for us. They were prompt to get us in and get us started which was nice. Well staffed for the ppl that were in the shop. We opted for the basic pedicure which included hot stone treatment according to website, which we did not get. It also felt like she was trying to break my foot during the foot rub, which she was unsuccessful at. The person at my chair hurried through my appt because she needed to attend to a crying baby in a back room in the shop. My massage chair also stopped working which could be because of the attached picture. On to the next one."
