"Hours state they're open till 8, yet when I walked in at 6:15,I was told that the stylists were finishing their last two appointments for the night and couldn't be seen Your camera must be wrong because I was home in madrid by 6:40. I could not accept an appointment on a different day because I was out of town. It's good to know that when disappointed potential customers are honest about their experiences they then are essentially called a liar. Thank you and have a good day."

"I just moved to Iowa about 2 weeks ago and have had issues when I have moved in the past with finding a new hair stylist. This was not the case this time! I had an appointment with Maddie and she did an AMAZING job!! She told me she has only been doing hair for a short period of time, but that had zero impact on the quality of her work. She was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable with as well as knew what she was doing. I will definitely be going back when it's time for a touch-up! Thank you Maddie!"
