"This place is a travesty. Anyone who thinks the food here is good. Does not know what Jamaican food really tastes like. I got your oxtails. It tastes like stewed beef. Their rice and peas were overcooked. It's just a hot mess. I asked a woman if they had cocoa bread. She said no because she didn't feel like making it, It's on your menu, excuse me what? I was born and raised in New York around many Jamaicans my stepfather Jamaican. I know what Jamaican food is supposed to taste like and that garbage is not it. To the owner, you should be ashamed of yourself. You are the only representation of Jamaica in Omaha in Nebraska. You should be wanting to represent it and you're not. You're disgusting. I'm sick. Just thinking that that's what you're trying to represent as Jamaica."
"I am speechless. Went to this restaurant for the first time, never had Caribbean food before. Me and my family decided to try the chicken wings and plantain to go. When we got home, we couldn’t wait to eat it. I proceeded to open it and to my disappointment the plaintains were burnt chicken wings were mixed with drumsticks one barely had any meat. This is in the dumpster as we speak. This chicken must have been precooked or leftovers. We were just trying to support a brother but we must have as well eaten next door at the Indian restaurant. These people need to stop opening these restaurants and fooling people that they can cook. I would not recommend anyone to waste their money on such food. This place gave Jamaica and the Caribbean a bad name. I have never given any restaurant such a review but had to to my due diligence. Let those who have eyes see!"
"I went in and grabbed a couple beef patties to go. These are possible the best on the go food you can imagine. Sweet, some spice on the end, and is held together perfectly. If you are looking for a quick bite to grab while working I recommend stopping by."
"TRASH!!! I kept trying to give this place chances. They are not consistent! You always get plenty of rice, beans and veggie. The are stingy with the oxtails, where are the bones and the meat at?? The curry chicken on the last visit dry, again stingy and where is the meat. Will no longer give them my money for the poor quality and quantity. Stop trying to cover up your short comings with the gravy and curry sauce!"
"I ordered the Ox Tail and was very happy with it. The serving size was good enough to feed me for two days. The dish was slightly greasy but I believe that has more to do with the Ox tail itself than with how it was prepared. Would definitely come back here again."
