"Greeted by a very helpful and friendly young man. He made recommends which where very good. The resturant was small but very clean and interesting. The food selection was perfect and not overwhelming. We ordered the tenderloin, brisket, potato salad and coleslaw. Tenderloin was amazing, very light breading with lots of flavor, not greasy at all. The potato salad was very good. The brisket was prepared perfect, nice thick slices. The sauces where very rich with taste. The weak food choice was coleslaw. The coleslaw was very fresh but very dry, could have had more creaminess. All food was very fresh and prepared perfect. Will return to sample other choices. The parking lot was small but parking was available. Exterior has a small porch area to sit at during good weather."
"Everything was pretty good. Mac and cheese was a bit salty, i'm sure it's not always that way maybe just had a heavy handed cook the day I ordered. Fries was good, just a bit soggy. & The rib tips were magnificent, almost forgot to dip em in the BBQ sauce I requested. If you can't take the heat, I wouldn't recommend the spicy BBQ sauce. The honey bourbon is pretty good, not spicy at all. Prices are a bit steep, but for the flavor it's worth it."
"I used to go to this location back when it was the Pit BBQ. I stuck around after it became Pop's and would stop in for some burnt ends now and then. After a while, I just kind of stopped going in. After a few years away, I decided to go in today for lunch, and I was very impressed. I got a half rack of ribs and some fries. The ribs are seriously the best I've had in the IC area. The fries were tasty and well seasoned, and the spicy BBQ sauce was so good. The daily specials all sound great, the place has fun vibes that I wasn't really getting when I used to come in, and the BBQ is perfect. I'll definitely be a regular again after today. Edit: Don't sleep on those brisket poppers. They're very tasty."
"The pork tacos were amazing and hubby loved his brisket sandwich. I had french fries and he had sweet potato fries, both really good. Don't let his little hole in the wall place fool you. It's huge on flavor! They have a couple of different bbq sauces for purchase and I will be stocking up next visit. Was our first experience and we'll definitely be going back! EXCELLENT food and service."
"Very good BBQ. I had the burnt ends Mac and cheese. I'd probably get the brisket next time because it was a bit rich with the burnt ends. Good flavour to the meat, and very well smoked. I had some of the blackberry habanero sauce on it too. Delicious sauce! Our table of the shared the fried brussel sprouts too, and those were delicious. Definitely would go back when in town!"
