"Some of the best pizza in the Iowa City area. Great crust and sauce on the Margarita. Pizza. We also enjoyed the sides and the salad. There Brussels sprouts are especially good."

"Best meal experience we’ve had in Iowa City. Friendly attentive service, amazing flavors with fresh ingredients, and so kindly accommodating of the dietary allergy of one of our party. Fresh ingredients, creative flavor combinations: - Maggie’s salad is superb! (Salty Pistachios, tangy lemon vinaigrette, delicate greens and sweet tomatoes - lip smacking) The special pizza with sweet corn, bacon and peperoncini was an awesome combination of sweet, salty and spicy! Only negative was I ordered an espresso and the bar made me a coffee. Was so looking forward to a shot of delicious bitter brew with crema and got a cup of plain black Java. (Our server admitted she and the bar were unfamiliar with coffee drinks.). But she was so nice and a great host, I let it slide. A little noisy, but not bad. So far it’s my favorite restaurant in Iowa City, and we’ve been to many. Not fancy, but comfy and nice!"

"Love this place, have been in a few times now and really appreciate the top notch service from the team, very welcoming and attentive. Love the wine selection, and our favorite so far for sure is Jerry’s meatballs as an appetizer. The pizza and pasta are both great. Favorite pizza so far is “The Mark” and favorite pasta is The Cannolini. Always love the arrogato for desert. Light and delicious. The chocolate mousse also rocked."

"This place is a must try if you haven't already! We absolutely enjoyed our first experience! We got a plate of Chicken Wings to start, a Maggie's Margherita Pizza, a Funghi Pizza, a Pesto Pasta, and an Italian Choc Mousse. Everything tasted authentic and perfect! Love the fact that everything was made fresh with their own unique ingredients, even the pasta is handmade! We will definitely come back again! It was moderately busy even on a Tuesday! The restaurant also has a cozy atmosphere to compliment the food! Great place for celebratory occasions or social gatherings!"
