"I think this was genuinely one of the worst haircuts i’ve ever had. I came in asking for my layers to be fixed, but in return I got five inches cut off my hair. I know my own hair and I know it wasn’t that dead for the hairstylist to cut off that much. I also asked for wispy bangs, she proceeded to cut off around a couple inches so it shrinks up to tiny baby bangs which is not what I wanted. Then at the end of the haircut, my hairstylist raked me in with a couple products that made my hair frizzy and not how i would usually want it. overall I will not be coming here again. this was not worth the price I paid for. worst experience ever do not come here for a curly cut!!"

"Over 3 years ago I was calling around salons in Omaha one day because my former hair stylist of 5+ years moved (sad day I know). I came across this salon called and spoke with Kessa over the phone and asked if there was anyone who did sew ins at the salon that’s when she directed me to Octavia. Octavia is the sweetest, quickest, best stylist I have ever had! She’s super kind and every time I leave the salon I am NEVER disappointed. I can see why she has such a large clientele Kessa’s shop is always clean, and organized whenever I go in there and just from sitting in Octavia’s chair ALL of the workers there are so sweet and funny! Jason really cracks me up such great service by everyone and I HIGHLY recommend Octavia!"

"Had my daughter's hair dyed here. My daughter's hair was in terrible shape. Her fringe and some ends were more lightened than the rest of her hair. Her curls were completely all over the place. Told Octavia I just wanted her entire head to be one colour and by God, she did a fantastic job. My daughter is very happy with her hair style too. Her hair looks healthy and neat. Octavia was also very patient, she had to redye the top of my daughter's hair because it came out much brighter than the rest of her hair. I truly appreciate it."
