"Two days ago I had my hair cut by Russel and didn’t notice till today when I straightened my hair that the layers were cut sideways instead of up and down to blend. I wanted layers so it wouldn’t be a blunt edge. Unfortunately now I have two blunt edges. The only thing they can do is have the same person recut my hair, but I already have it quite short and you don’t go back to someone that did it wrong the first time. Now I will have to repay to have my hair cut."
