"I highly recommend not working here if you plan on it. A lot of the people here are great to be around and really make it enjoyable, but there are some managers that make the work environment toxic. Very poor behavior such as silent firing, being persistent with causing work drama, and more. It is not worth the trouble to work here."

"My husband and I came here at the end of a long day, after we got home with our subs we noticed our sandwiches were drenched to the pint where the bread was soggy. We came back to have the sandwiches remade to which one of the employees explained to us that we needed to request no “juices and spices” if we just wanted a basic sub. Even after the subs were remade it was inedible. I honestly don’t know how this establishment is still open."

"Today I stopped in to get some lunch As I entered the place there was employee behind register that was cleaning and had me stand there for 5 minutes as she was cleaning. She looked up and said “know what you want?” No hi or a knowledge me at all. As second employee walked in from her smoke break she didn’t wash her hands and she started to make my food. She got annoyed because of food that we ordered because one sandwich was cold and other one needed to be grilled. I said never mind and walked out. I would go here once or twice a week. I refuse to go here again after today’s experience!"

"One of my fav places but not recently. Like many people that are bread lovers know the main part of the sandwich is that and best part. I went to 3 places to grab something quick day of New Yr everywhere packed and I am just starving from traveling. Wanted to rely on here but once waiting in line - getting in vehicle to finally eat, I realized my bread right away. Looked almost undercooked, too on the light side, and with it being mikes way with the vinegar and extras the juices just soaked it up completely just time to get in car. Went back in to point it out and I come here frequently and have never had that light of bread, asked if it was ok to even eat and cooked - hoping for a new after paying $27 for my boyfriend and I to get food. I got its just more on the light side and fine to eat. I pointed every other loaf in their loaf section being used and even my boyfriends were dark, toasted.. end of story I ended unhappy with a soggy tortilla sandwich. Im really not too picky or one to make reviews but felt sometimes something simple to keep a customer is not hard. Especially due to the price to eat here."

"Visited Jersey Mikes subs on Merle Hay today. Had the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak on wheat, 13.95 for the Giant sub. Pretty good sub, tasty and huge. Store should be kept cleaner, staff was fast and friendly though, will return."
