"So I got a gift card for Christmas & went to go use shortly after that & there was a note saying they would be closed until Feb 2. Ok great like I wanted to wait over a month to use my present. But since they reopened I have tried on 4 different occasions to go & they are closed even though their hours on every site shows they are they are open. I have even tried calling & can't get them to answer. UGH at this point I would be better off to get my card refunded & go else were."

"First time here. Friendly and talented. I appreciated the fact that they talked to me and not just to each other. Relaxing atmosphere."

"Not super impressed with the service I received. I felt rushed when the tips were being glued and they ended up not being glued all the way down. They now have a gap between my real nail and the acrylic that dirt and stuff can get stuck between. Which is less than ideal. The lady that applied the acrylic and painted them was very polite. When I forgot to tell her I wanted a design she didn’t complain she removed the top coat and did the design. It was after I left and I was looking at them that I noticed the huge gap. I will now have to drive the 45 minutes back to Spencer and have them fix it."

"I got my nails done three days ago with a friend, and three of the nails have already peeled off or chipped. On one of the nails, the gel went over the edge of the nail and got stuck under my nail. The gel wasn't even smooth in some places and it didn't go all the way down to the bed of the nail on most of them. I've had professional gel manicures done before and they've lasted far longer than 2-3 days. Overall this is not worth what was charged and the service was disappointing. I would not recommend this experience to anyone."

"I had a 4 o’clock appointment. I waited 35 min before he was able to start on my nails. I’m pretty understanding when it comes to being busy and being patient. Did not have an issue with it. I kept telling him to fix my nails while he was working on them. I know the proper procedure for a nail prep before applying acrylic. I’ve gotten my nails done many times through out the years and have professional nail techs in our family. My nails were not prepped. Cuticles were not pushed back nor were they cut etc etc. I had acrylics on before and he left acrylic of my last set still on and I pointed it out he said it was fine. He was working on my nails so fast. I pointed out if he could fix two, three nails while he was working on them and he continued to ignore me. When he was done I showed him there were waves and there was acrylic missing on a very large amount of my side nail. He said “You waste my time” “Next time you don’t like you tell me right away”. Which I did! And I said just that and he did not say anything he blamed me because it was my first time here. He was so funny and nice during set but that does not give you a right to treat your customer poorly and give a poor mani acrylic set. Especially when I was not being rude. My nails hurt and are bleeding due to the fact they were not glued on correctly nor done correctly. The lady tried to do her best fixing them. I was crying by the time she started working on my nails. I take very good care of my nails. I work with my hands a lot at both of my jobs and my customers look at my hands all day. I was not going to leave with my nails looking horrid especially when I work really hard to earn the money I’m paying you for a set. So very sad this was my first time here and it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. Honestly ruined my whole day and night. I was supposed to do some shopping and just went home because I felt horrible. Be kind and understanding when customers feel you have rushed and could have done way better the first time around. ☹️"
