"Will never come here again 5 times I have been screwed over by these people with appt. They told me last time to book online so I’m guaranteed. Took a time slot left email and phone number to show up at time allotted to be told she took on 4 haircuts. Seriously why wouldn’t you call me or email me to tell me to see if another time works. The lady seemed to not give a damn and just said oh if you book a time online doesn’t guarantee. Well why the hell you have option if you aren’t going to honor the time? She should have had one of the other girls take the slot if she knew she had appt at 130!!! I’m an amazing tipper and she missed out so disappointed with this place and how they treat their customers and as a family of 5 we will pay more and go else where. Somewhere where customers are valued!!!"
