"From 10:15 to 10:35 nobody answered the drive thru. I thought people were pulling ahead because they were moving up to pay. Nope! They were moving up because nobody was taking orders. I pulled around and there is one lady sweeping and 3 others on their phones not doing anything. You lost at least 10 cars and those were just the ones I saw when I was there."
"Hope like waiting 20 minutes for the wrong food. If I had a nickel for every time it happened I could open my own franchise."
"They got my order right, the facility was clean, the bathroom didn't smell horrible. On the down side, it was really hard to get anyone's attention without yelling."
"The customer service I received tonight at the Forest Avenue location was the nastiest experience I’ve ever had, from the drive thru to my food being brought out. When I gave my code, the cashier was rude and demanded to see my code instead of putting in the code I communicated with her for a free medium fry. Once at the pick-up window, I was rudely told “Pull around and wait for your food”. I was shocked at the treatment because I’m from the neighborhood and this is the 2nd consecutive time that I’ve experienced this. Once someone brought out my food, she walks up to the window and says “Are you the one who added on the fry at the last minute?” Then shoves the food in my face. I vocally let them know that their customer service has been horrible from start to finish and it needs to be fixed. Her response was “I’ll see what I can do” while waving me off. After this experience, I won’t eat there again. Not even comfortable eating my food after dealing with NASTY people like that. If you would like to eat McDonald’s, I would recommend making the drive elsewhere or eating on University at one of the restaurants available in the Drake area. I would pay $100 for a cheeseburger before I patronize this place again."
"Staff was very busy with drive thru, delivery, and kiosk orders and didn't have time to mop the big puddle of water on the floor from the ice machine or attend to the lobby. I was hoping for a protein shake of some sort and settled for a mango smoothie with way more sugar than I wanted. My elderly relatives were frustrated trying to use the kiosk."
