"Mary was pleasant to work with but unfortunately her work was not up to par. At my initial lash extensions appointment I was given a full set. Just two hours after application I noticed large clumps of glue and an insane amount of lashes falling out already. I went back in to have them removed and do a lash tint/lift instead. As my lashes settled they were over curled, crooked and uncomfortably stabbing my eyes. I had to pay another aesthetician to fix them. I have reached out to Mary for a full refund because $250 for poor services is unheard of. I have yet to receive a response from her and will never be returning. I am very disappointed and I hope others never have to go through this experience."
