"A local bank that ways greets you with a smile and calls you by your name. They even know if you want a receipt or not for the transaction. There are two drive up lanes as well as a lane for the atm machine. You can so access the bank lobby and one of the tellers from inside if you want. Easy to do business with and very professional. I would highly recommend them over many of the big banks."

"I live in Florida now, over a thousand miles from my closest FSB branch. I have kept them on as my main bank because they are just so awesome. I've never had such a good experience with people who handle my money. I recently lost my job and was in between jobs, and my bank account went fairly low, low enough that my monthly 16$ phone bill put me in the red, which incurred an overdraft fee after I put 30$ in to stabilize it. this overdrafted the account again. after worrying for a week or so, I decided to call them. not only did they assure me that I would not be charged a second overdraft fee, they reversed the first one too! now I've got money for gas AND food to last me until my first paycheck of my next job that I start in a couple days. I realize this may seem a mundane experience, but it means a lot to a broke fella trying to make his own way in the world. Ben was a real cool fella, very nice to talk to him and to have his help."
