"I’m traveling for work and came down with the flu pretty suddenly! The teledoc called 2 scripts into this store (in target on Mills Civic). I noticed on the CVS app they only had one script and called - at 15 minutes to close. Annie answered and was so helpful! She said she’d call the teledoc and try to get that second med. she said as long as she got it by 8pm/close she’d fill it so I didn’t have to wait! She was great and really seemed to care about getting me the meds I needed without waiting overnight. Thanks Annie!"

"The people that work here are generally very friendly but I've run into two issues one that is very serious and remains unaddressed, so I've decided to stop doing business with them. The serious issue, is that someone here put into their computer that the inhaler I take daily had a 2 months supply instead of a 1 month supply (seems odd to have something change that you've taken for years and years). This means it was impossible to fill my prescription, for something I need to breath because of a mistake on their end. The person that I worked with refused to do anything other than give me yes no answers , and wouldn't look into the issue despite it being extremely serious. I was able to wait in line a second time when I realized that I can't just go without my inhaler because of their mistake, and have an intern physically pull and inhaler and do the math to see that it is still only a one month supply, and then they fixed it on their end and filled the script, though they did make me wait in line a third time to pick it up, and never apologized. No one ever addressed the issue, so I lodged a complaint but the person in charge of my case proved too difficult to get ahold of and closed my case before talking to me. The other issue is that the scripts I called in the night before were often not ready to go, so I'd have to kill 15 minutes and wait in line again for the script so they could fill it, not a big deal but I probably should have switched a while ago."
"I went to get a flu shot during the only time I was able to get a break at work, and the same thing. I would have had to wait 20 minutes, and I had to get back for a meeting. I can't imagine such a busy place would only have one pharmacist. "lunch breaks" should either be staffed or announced online."
