"We changed Pharmacy,we are no longer using Walgreens. They never have our prescriptions ready. They say they will call when they are ready, and they never do. One time I waited at the drive-thru window for 20 minutes to pick up a prescription, and I was the only 1 in line I was waiting at the window. They could see me, I rang the bell, they came and then took 15 more minutes to get back to me."
