"I will say, I also had a fraudulent card opened for me at this bank, but not only did they close the account due to suspected fraud, they assisted me with reporting to the credit bureaus that it was a fraudulent card. If anything goes wrong, I'll update this review, but I talked to Bethany and she was incredibly kind and helpful."

"They deserve 5 stars just for giving me a chance to rebuild my messed up credit. When you consider the risk they are taking with people like me then it is sensible they want some money down. As for them doing hard credit checks on unknowing people, well all I can say is that my participation was completely consensual. Let's face it fellow bad-credit brothers and sisters, we saved a lot of money by not paying our debts in the past, is there really a valid reason for complaining about the past catching up to us? Pay your high interest, pay your high fees, put up with being treated like your less than good-credit folks, make your payments on time, and look forward to years ahead when you will have good credit again."

"You can't set your card up for auto pay because their systems still live in 1980. And if you happen to pay your bill on the day the statement runs, they'll apply it on the previous months' bill, even if the system shows you're paying for the bill that's due. Their solution? Use Bill Pay. This has happened a few times - not just a once in a blue moon thing. Their online system isn't in alignment with their statement closing time and date. Almost like they're run on two very different timezones. Close your account and run as fast as you can. You can certainly find a real credit card processor. Spoiler: Premier is not that."

"I just got married and changed my name. Not even 2 weeks later, I received a credit card in the mail with my maiden name on it that I didn't apply for!!!! I've called and called, can't get anyone on the phone!!!! Called the CBI directly and they were no help either! HELP!!!!! How do I get this off my credit and this card cancelled?!?!"
