"Horrible. Do not utilized this bank for mortgage lending needs. I attempted to work with them but my loan officer, Tim, did not do his job. Every time it would get close to closing there was always something more that needed to be done. I almost lost the contract on my home due to his lack of responsiveness and effort to look ahead. He didn’t look at what needed to be done before closing and we would get to the end of the week (on Fridays) before closing (on Tuesdays) there would always be something else that needed to be done before we could close pushing it back again. We had made it to over 70 days under contract and the seller was upset and threatening to not extend it again. I had to go with a local competitor who worked diligently over 2 DAYS to get a loan approved and the closing was signed within a week. Again, I would never recommend this bank to anyone, not even my worst enemy."

"Their "online banking" is VERY antiquated. The app doesn't show much. Dates of transactions don't actually match, and customer service isn't usually able to provide any answers. They have very minimal staff that aren't usually very friendly. We were also attempting to work with them to get a mortgage. Ended up going with a different bank due to nonresponse from the agent and felt like they didn't care much about helping us."

"Horrible experience! I opened up a business account with them, because they could allow me to make larger mobile deposits. The banker who ooened my account said it was no problen, that he does it all the time. Of course he failed to follow through. Then he forgot to order my debit card. Then I called and left a voicemail to a female banker to call me regarding a loan, she never called back. I then went to make a mobile depositthree weeks later and it was denied, because the banker at the Sioux Falls branch never followed through with that either. Just one mistake after another. UPDATE: Brittany just handed me a check for $12,467.68 wothout confirming my identity through my drivers license, and I have never met Brittany before. Another, but VERY LARGE mistake, as it appears their processes are very lax, which is concerning for a financial organization."

"Tried to open up a new business account and only one person was working and only the drive up is open on Saturdays. Went to another bank for my business account, as that just wasn't the EXPERIENCE i was looking for with my business."
