"Park in Bellevue. Nice park for a party. Splash pad next to a covered pavilion that has tables and power outlets all the way around. The restrooms were cleaned and disinfected while we were setting up the morning for a birthday party. This is NOT reservable and they're first come first serve if you wish to have a party at the pavilion."
