"Not helpful. Their valuation of my vehicle was very inaccurate, and after a "revision" it was still inaccurate. After pushing back on the condition of my vehicle three times, they finally gave in and corrected it. They tried three times to "screw me over" before giving in and doing the correct thing. The company that they use, CCC, is not impressive either. They did not have accurate comps and they seemed to not have an understanding at all of what vehicle model I have."
"If I had the choice to rate this insurance company zero stars I would. Long story short a deer ran into my vehicle and we went through insurance to see if it was fixable. The first frustrating thing I noticed from the start of this process was how hard it was to get in contact with them. I would leave voicemails with questions I had and they never answered the phone or bothered to even call me back. After a week and a half of not knowing anything about my car I was starting to feel concerned. I didn’t want to blame it on the insurance right away so I called the body shop first to see if they did the estimate on my vehicle; they told me they did and sent it to my insurance company three days ago. But, it is a busy time of year for them so I was trying to be as understanding as possible. Two weeks went by and I’m starting to get angry so I called them about every other day just to see if they had the numbers on my car to see if it’s totaled or fixable. The guy told me “we don’t have the numbers yet but I think it’s totaled. HOW WOULD THEY KNOW THAT IF THERE WAS NO NUMBERS? They continued to make it worse by telling me they needed someone to drive from out of state to the city I live in to take pictures of my vehicle which took ANOTHER WEEK to get done. Finally after a month of dealing with AMCO’s nonsense I finally got the E-mail showing the numbers and all the information about my car. Turns out it was a better deal for me to get my car fixed then get a new car so that “it’s probably totaled” opinion they fed me for a week for me to stop calling them was wrong. I’m glad I looked closely at the email they sent closely because in it they said my vehicle did not have cruise control (but it does) so I told them about their mistake and they apologized and added about $25 more to the check they gave me. It seemed like they were looking for ways to get out of giving me the proper check amount I deserved. 41 days later I finally got my car back. I am a college student with a job and having to get rides every single day from people was a big inconvenience. I’ve talked to friends and family about the headaches I’ve had with this company and they said they have never seen or heard of an insurance company being so bad and slow in their life. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a new insurance company to go to and I am happy to switch to a new insurance company."
"Customer SERVICE SUCKS AT THIS LOCATION. THE MANAGER JEREMY MONTGOMERY REFUSES TO GIVE ME INFORMATION AS A CUSTOMER. I WOULD NEVER use this insurance especially when you totaled out your car. They don't wanna play fair!!!!"
