I went to get hot tub supplies the guy that helped us did not know what he was talking about and turned our hot tub green! So now here we are in the middle of winter draining our hot tub to reset it. "Awesome, the help was very knowledgeable about the products they sell & able to talk to customers as humanly as possible as helpful anyone could have been to me while I was there. The staff was very personable w/ me as first time client by making me feel as a part of there team w the help I got; The BossLady Ashley was out of this world on top of not only me wandering around the store, but to everyone else whom indeed we all had questions, & yet she was answering them before I even asked her... Bottom line is I loves my experience of the first time visitor & will definitely be a returning customer for the company o work for.... They are our company's choice of vendors in supplies & I would recommend them to anyone whom asked me anything about pools & spas.... Oh BTW, her staff of young, high school aged young men were working there tails off to keep up with the traffic coning thru that place!! Bottom line is good work team!!"
