"They tried to pass off three hour old pizza and then charged for it. The cashier was less than polite. Garbage service, garbage food. Will not go back."

"The kiddo chose Casey’s for their birthday meal today. I was hoping it would be good since it’s a special day because the last couple times we got pizza, it wasn’t up to the usual standard we have gotten used to. Like undercooked, the dough didn’t taste right, toppings scarce. But, the gal who made our pizzas today did an exceptional job. Best tasting pizzas we’ve had from there. :) Great job. Thank you."

"Went there on august 12 around 8:50pm and pulled up to multiple “protesters” holding “fire Biden” signs and giving out free t-shirts with the same slogan. Now I have no problem with protesting in what you believe for, but at the Casey’s I work at I know that we have our customers as our first priority and this just didn’t give off that vibe. the workers were doing nothing about this and let them keep going. It honestly just makes the Casey’s look ghetto and most likely made others feel like not even going in because no one wants to be bothered with stuff like that at this time of day. I also feel like if they really felt the need to do this they should have set up a little booth on the side of the Casey’s allowing the people who did want it, come up to them instead of going up to every person that walked in. Just my thoughts."

"I use Casey's alot! This store was the dirtiest one I've been to so far. The female restroom was not cleaned thoroughly for awhile it looked like. Toilet was nasty inside & out! The paper towels were empty the sink counter was dirty. The baby changing table had 4 - 5 small bugs crawling around on it. Kinda redish in color, so maybe small fleas? Not sure at all though. The floor hasn't been cleaned good either. There were dead (i think)bugs on the floor around the floor boards & in corners. Then I went to get a pizza slice & they only had 2 pizzas in the warmer, but the warmer wasn't on. I think it was around 5:30 or 6:00 pm so idk what was going on there? They also didn't have any of their sandwiches or appetizers. I was disapointed...until I saw the pizza warmer & the counters & the donut case!! They were all dirty and disgusting!! Idk when they were cleaned last? I don't think I will visit this store again, unless its to check & see if they have improved in the cleaning department. The young employee at the cash register was very friendly and pleasant though. I realize this is a busy location, so they may not have had a chance to clean it or somebody may have called in sick or some other explainable issue, so I will check back again another day."
