"The lady at the counter who I said hello to turned her head at me on my way in the door. As I walked up to the counter where she was at in the middle of a phone call, on speaker, she cashed me out while talking on her phone that was set on the counter between us. Rude as hell!!!!!"

"My wife ordered a breakfast pizza and the pick up time said 10:58 am. I get there at 10:52 am and it hasn’t been made yet. There was a door dash gentlemen waiting for his pizzas to made before mine. I understand nothings perfect, but there has to be something implemented to tell customers ordering online with a more realistic time of the order being completed. She also ordered a breakfast burrito and paid for that online to find out they didn’t have any tortilla shells to make one. I asked for my money back and the cook said he was told to give customers a 1800 number to get the money back? I said that’s weird and asked the cashier to refund me the money and he did. The cook was willing to give me the 5.00 out of his own wallet and I said no. He shouldn’t have to do that. That was stand up of him. The breakfast pizza ended up getting done at 11:25 am which once again I know stuff happens. I’m a very patient person, but this won’t settle well with some others. I hope Casey’s system gets better."

"Was just out in the parking lot having a quick lunch break before I get back to work, and I saw a gentleman who was a cashier inside, I didn't catch his name, but he came outside and gave a bunch of popsicles away for free till about 6:00 toddlers who are about to go swimming out in the hot sun on a 97° day. Little acts of kindness go a long way and that man just made everyone's day."

"I love Casey's pizza! But I swear every time I order extra mushrooms....that I pay extra for....I end up with less than more. Infuriating!"

"On top of their game tonight. This is the first time I have ever gotten my pizza with the vents on the box opened and also the first time I have not had soggy pizza. Could there be a connection? Major props to whoever is working pizza tonight! Maybe corporate should hire you to go around and inform the other stores about the vent holes on the box and what their purpose is."
