"I dont come here often but when I do there seems to be a problem every time. A couple times they've been closed around 8 pm for some reason. This time I went through the drive thru around 830 pm after my daughter's conferences per all my kids request. Placed the order, paid, got the food pretty quickly and I was on my way home (about 20 mins away). Handing the food out at home and there's grease all over in the bag, some of the tacos were half wrapped. Then I realize they didn't give me the 3 dorito tacos I ordered which the receipt says I paid $12 for so I called the store. The lady that answered was very rude and said I could go back right then and they'd give me the items. I explained I live 20 mins away and I'm not able to go back the same night and I didn't want the tacos anymore I wanted the $12 refunded and she tells me if I can't come back right then then they can't give me a refund and they will write my name down so I can get those items free next time I visit. I refused the offer again and she said "well idk what to tell you. Here's the manager." and she handed the phone to him and he was very polite and understanding and explained that I could in fact come in the next day with the receipt and the card I paid with and they will refund the money for me. They should really train that girl how to respectfully deal with complaints or just not let her deal with customers at all. No reason to be so rude when I was the one inconvenienced and did not call there being disrespectful to begin with. Also the crunchwrap had little to no meat on it. It was all lettuce."
"I'm taking a picture of this chicken enchilada burrito and I seriously wish I would have done it in the first bite to which was just sour cream 2nd bite was rice, 3rd again rice ... zero chicken. 1st burrito was fine 2nd one was the issue. The gentleman who said HE WAS THE MANAGER STATED HE WAS WILLING TO PULL UP THE CAMERAS TO VERIFY THAT THE APPROPRIATE INGREDIENTS WERE PUT IN. I HAVE THE burrito in my hand to show him I even unwrapped it. ... to which I was completely dismissed I don't need to lie about a damm $3 burrito, to which he wanted to fricken defend. I'm completely disgusted with the way he handled the situation then having someone wanting to hand me a replacement. I refused it. I will not be insulted and yes I said words to him about fn ridiculous... and for him to defend an error of an employee that affected a customer's experience was probably the most appalling situation I've ever witnessed and personally had to experience. I'm a realtor of 18 yrs and a mortgage lender of 30 yrs. I will relay that gentleman should be absolutely fired to have had the attitude of COMPLETE DISREGARD OF A CLIENTS EXPERIENCE IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. Btw note threw it away disgusted to eat 1 bite of sour cream and 2 bites of only rice."
"I arrived at this Taco Bell after 10pm to make an order. Once I went inside, I had to wait over 10 minutes to even be spoken to. Then I was told that I have to physically walk to the drive-through in order to order my food. (an actual safety hazard.) After reluctantly, giving me my order. The person then said I had to step outside and wait for somebody to come and deliver me my food because it’s against policy from me to be inside I don’t know what sort of anti-customer service behavior I experienced . But this is the last time I come to this garbage place for fast food"
"It’s not often that I review a Taco Bell but this place is adorable (very well decorated) & has great energy. My taco & burrito were also solid. I serve PT across the street at Bennigan’s & just sayin’ that I often swing by on breaks or after work & appreciate this space. Well done, Merle Hay Bell!"
"Pay attention, folks! I want to share a recent experience I had at Taco Bell that involved a remarkable individual named Colin, who works as a cashier. Now, I'm not usually one to write reviews about fast food establishments because, frankly, who has the time for that? Typically, if I do voice any opinions, it's usually to express dissatisfaction with cold food or slow service. But let me tell you, Colin's customer service was truly exceptional, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Colin is an outstanding individual, full of charisma, and he genuinely cares about the people he serves. When I walked into Taco Bell, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. It's refreshing to encounter such genuine hospitality. He took the time to engage in pleasant conversation with me, ensuring that I had a pleasant experience. Finding someone so personable in the fast food industry is a rare gem, I must say. However, here's the point I want to emphasize: it's not the franchise itself that keeps the lights on, but rather the hardworking individuals like Colin who make the work happen. This man has tremendous potential, mark my words. With his intelligence and charm, he could easily climb the ranks within the organization. I sincerely hope that his superiors recognize his exceptional qualities and provide him with the opportunities he deserves. Colin possesses the skills necessary to excel in management positions. In today's world, customer service often feels impersonal and rushed, as if nobody truly cares. But Colin is different. He understands that it's the people who truly make a difference. He comprehends the importance of remaining humble, kind, and treating others with respect. Something he said during our conversation really stuck with me: "It's not just about providing nourishment; it's about crafting a positive and unforgettable experience." So, here's my wholehearted recommendation: Taco Bell is definitely worth a visit, especially if you have the pleasure of encountering Colin. He's the kind of person who reminds us that it's the individuals behind the scenes who make the work happen and keep the lights on. Colin's engaging personality, genuine concern for others, and commitment to going above and beyond make him an exceptional employee. It's individuals like Colin who elevate dining experiences and make them truly memorable. Keep up the outstanding work, my friend!"
