"Dr. Yowell is incompetent. If all you want is someone to come after the dental hygienist has done all the work, peek in your mouth and say “ok good” then he’s your man. He was going to put a bridge in my mouth. I had been in for cleaning a few times and had been in once for the bridge discussion. When I came in for the fitting/measuring appointment he tried several times to do it and failed. Finally, he said in a condemning way, “Your mouth is too small. I can’t do this. Get someone else.” He had to know my mouth was small. He had looked inside several times. And he made it sound like having a small mouth was all my fault! He had me in tears by the time I left. No apologies! Nothing!"
