"Ordered a pizza and breadsticks at 5:25pm said it would be ready at 6:27pm. I didn't get my order till 6:38pm pizza was under cooked and breadsticks were over cooked and I didn't get and marinara sauce. Extremely unhappy.."

"So I called try to make an order and I got hung up on told you keep saying hello and the guy was rude I called back to tell him he was rude and that I was trying to order got hung up on again then my sister called he lied and said we cussed him and we didn’t we was trying to order a pizza and he hung up he was very rude and very horrible customer service i would never recommend to go there and the guy who works in the kitchen needs to be fired immediately"

"It’s a good Casey’s for getting in and out and there’s a few friendly employees who go the extra mile and are really nice and look forward to seeing them. But unfortunately the kitchen has a lot of issues either there is never fresh pizza or there is no food in the warmers. Always empty in the morning and during lunch. If there is pizza it’s usually under cooked. Not good a good choice for lunch."
