"So many problems with this location: wrong toppings, forgotten delivery items, unfriendly employees, etc. Tonight, for the second time, our delivered pizza was handed to us with no safety sticker. And I just pulled a long hair out of my mouth. That was embedded in the taco pizza. I felt it stretch across my tongue. Last time we ordered, the Casey’s Chow tasted like the plastic container it was in. I wish there was more focus on consistency."

"Ordered pizza online 630 waited an hour and 10 minutes as we were told. Arrived to pick up pizza wife was told 15 minutes more went to the car and began to wait. I asked what the deal was come to find out pizza wasn't even started yet. Offered no discount or nothing now 815 and no food told would actually be a lot longer than 15 minutes canceled order not going to wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes now have to find something else. Horrible service never again. Called other Casey's they offered a free pizza but long wait. They said they receive complaints about this location constantly"

"My significant other and I work out of town frequently. We order a lot af pizza. The Meat Galore pizza that Ben made for us was by far the best! Everyone at this Casey's location has been great, but I want to thank and recognize Ben in particular. His customer service skills are outstanding, and his pizza making skills are out of this world!"

"This Casey’s location puts Casey’s to shame. The staff acts bothered by customers, never smile and hardly acknowledge you when you are checking out. If you have a question about anything, they act even more bothered and answer with an attitude. I’ve gone to this location for years because it’s close to my work and never had a good experience. The employees will have inappropriate conversations while helping customers that make the checking out process last longer. They get their shipment in the mornings so if you try to go on that morning before work there will be no where to park because it’s the busiest time of the day and not to mention all the employees are helping unload the truck so they are annoyed they have to help customers as well. Not a good way to start the morning."
