"I was disappointed with yesterdays cleaning. I go in and the first thing was the polishing which in the past, polishing was always the last bit. The hygienist or assistant was barely touching my teeth with the polisher. Then the dentist came in and did a little scraping. If it wasn’t for the X-ray and talking I would have been back in my car in 15 minutes. There was no flossing and no real scraping. I went in with a little popcorn in my teeth from lunch and it was still there. You should leave there with your gums a little sore. I had to ask about my gums height cause the hygienist from six months ago told me to get an electric tooth brush, I don’t think my gums were measured this time. I do want to say that the hygienist and dentist are very friendly as is the rest of the staff."
