"Very rude and unprofessional!! Went in to help someone (older Lady) to file for an extended permit all they said was to make an appointment. I was on the phone (inside voice) to see what time worked best for the family member when officer said “ma’am you need to get off your phone, make your appointment and leave. You can’t stand here around on the phone.” In a very super rude way! Extremely rude manner. Listen I’m sure you’re only trying to do your job and were maybe concern for security purposes but maybe try to be nicer & try to usually help people out with questions and concerns. I’m sure you think you’re doing the right thing and maybe that’s what your job description says but if you can’t at least be a decent human, change jobs. It’s scary to be there already, trying to do all paperwork correctly and the lady trying to figure out if she can continue to stay here and all we got is make an appointment and leave. Really. Such a bad experience."

"Security at the 1st Floor entrance were very unprofessional. When I was going thru the metal detector one of the security officers yield to an other "what did you said about making America great again"??!!. Obviously if I'm Latino seeking for immigration appointment, it is a really good chance, that I may not be a "Make America Great Again" supporter. I also heard other people in the waiting area, saying that they felt mistreated by these security officers as well, he also made a uncomfortable comment."
